SHIFTING FOCUS

Greetings! Just wanted to take a moment to update everyone on a few things happening here at GPAC.

First big thing is that we are shifting focus away from 3rd party digital publishing and focusing on internal development. As such, we have relinquished the publishing rights of Fractured State and Max, an Austistic Journey back to their respective developers. It was an absolute pleasure working with them both and wish them nothing but the best. If you would like to reach out to Mechanical Monocle regarding Fractured State you can do so by contacting Matt Kelso at matt@mechanicalmonocle.com. As for the “Max” games, we are still working out the details of the new arrangement with Stef. Feel free to contact us with any questions in the interm while we get everything sorted out.

Second big thing is we feel we are finally getting close to nailing down the mechanics of our upcoming board game CounterForces. Over the past couple of years we have explored a number of interesting ideas. Some of the original core concepts are still at play but we’ve not been afraid to take everything back to the drawing board with the feedback from each insightful play test session. I know there will be some big tweaks still to come to balance things out, but it is exciting seeing the current state of the game. It will be very interesting to see what the gamers and designers at the next Tabeltop Artisan’s Workshop in Plano will have to say come June 30th. If you are in the area, come check out the game and let us know what you think!

Happy gaming everyone,
